Use : Transformer OLTC's tab indicator interconnected

- This product is a converter interconnected with a binary input tab indicator for transformer OLTC. When noise or arc causes malfunctions, this product can minimize the effects on the OLTC devices. It receives the tab information of the transformer OLTC in binary codes to display the tab location and sends an outout of binary codes to the tab indicator.
